i got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one.

this entry is to profess my love (yes, love) for rap music. i have been in the closet about it. but i have always been drawn to rap...first the beastie boys and i dabbled in some eminem and as of late, jay-z and notorious b.i.g. (no big pun intended). only mainstream stuff but i've been looking into some 'underground' rap...not about bitches and hoes and makin' the green.

some of you are probably wondering how can rap relate to a middle class white girl from the 'burbs?

my answer: i don't know. i just like it.

i accept these admissions, and concur that i, myself, will occasionally dabble in a little bit of rap.

and "blinded by the light" is my favorite streets song.

Haha, you need to get "99 Luft Problems" which is when Jay-Z's "99 Problems" and Nena's "99 Red Balloons" come together and ARE MADE FLESH. BEAUTIFUL.
